About UsThe Caribbean Sunshine Bakery and Restaurant began operation in 1992 with three family members in a little shop at 6922 Silver Star Road. The local Community relished the island flavors, proving the venture to be very lucrative. This encouraged its owners to expand into the broader Orlando community. In 1999 a second location was opened at 2528 W. Colonial Drive to accommodate more of Central Florida's Caribbean-American community. Five years later, through dedication and insight, a temporary location was opened at 4863 W. Colonial Drive to serve the growing community. We continue to bring our products to different areas, and we are now open for business in Winter Garden. Caribbean Sunshine Bakery stands to offer the best in West Indian Cuisine.
